Welcome to  Riverview Condominiums, an intimate community of 186 homes in East Cobb County, Marietta, Georgia.   Our community is situated on 36 wooded acres between the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area and the Atlanta Country Club.  We are convenient to East Cobb's restaurants, shops and activities.  

Riverview Condominiums is approximately 20 minutes from Buckhead where you can experience some of the best shopping and restaurants in the city.  Downtown Atlanta is also only 15-20 minutes away where you'll find cultural and sports activities, shopping, parks and other events.  Our community has easy access to Georgia 400 and I-285.

Our community's amenities include common areas with a swimming pool, tennis courts, walking trails and access to the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area, a national park with miles of beautiful nature trails along the Chattahoochee River.  

We are fortunate to have homeowners volunteer their time to manage the Riverview Condominium Association.  The Association Board of Directors meets monthly and active committees provide opportunities for homeowners to get involved in efforts to improve our community. There is also an annual meeting for all homeowners.

This information helps our Association properly fund a Reserve Account which helps protect the value of each homeowner's investment by enabling the Association to make needed repairs and improvements to our community.
